When my parents came in town the other weekend...we took Matthew on a whim visit to the beach after lunch. We looked a bit out of place, fully clothed, amongst the bikinis and swimming trunks. We were able to strip Matthew down to his diaper though :) He doesn't like the ocean yet, but I think the small pools of water along the sand feel like bath time. We drove about 45 minutes to Rockville, SC. It is a small town in Charleston County founded in 1784. The population was 137 at the 2000 census. We also visited the Charleston Tea Plantation and Irvin-House Vineyards. It's been so much fun to watch Matthew make eye contact and smile. He's been progressively doing this for about 2 weeks now.

She was absolutely stunning. I met Bronwyn in college and she has a personality that will light up a room. Laughter is supposed to be great medicine - I wish I could get a "dose" of her more often. A catheter (hollow tube) is placed in the urethra (tube that drains urine from the bladder to the outside of the body) and the bladder is filled with a liquid dye.
